Through 50 years now, since I was a 21 year old biology student, I have migrated to Goldstream in the fall, on a personal pilgrimage to stand in the dark and the rain to bear witness to the lives of my friends the fish, the gulls and the eagles. And every year they take me deeper into the heart of their lives.
